We have a Full Time Live Out Carer position available in Walthamstow for a passionate and dedicated candidate who is willing to join a family and help them care for their elderly loved one. As a Carer, you will tend to the practical, social and emotional needs of the elderly client and help them perform domestic routines more easily.

The working hours for this position would be from Monday to Friday, full time.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

They are looking for someone who knows how to drive. The family is seeking a candidate who is looking for a long-term placement and can join their family as soon as possible.
