An elderly client in Tooting requires a full-time live-out post-discharge carer to assist with mobility and provide support in performing daily routines more comfortably.

Working hours: 5-7 days a week, 8.30 am - 6 pm (may change slightly depending on the clients recovery)

Duties include:

• provide personal care support, including assistance with grooming and hygiene
• offer companionship to the client, engaging in conversations and activities
• assist with mobility, ensuring the client can move safely and comfortably
• prioritize the safety and comfort of the client at all times
• support the client in her day-to-day activities and routines
• encourage and motivate the client to maintain an active and fulfilling life
• ensure the client has everything she needs throughout the day
• perform light housekeeping, keeping the client's living space clean and tidy
• manage laundry, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and dishwashing as needed
• cook and prepare meals for the client at various times during the day

The client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible. They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit.
