Our client and their family are looking for a live in carer in beautifu Newbury, Berkshire to help maintain a clean and tidy household as well as help an elderly relative with daily routines and activities. This is a full time position with some flexibility around working hours. Preferably Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.

You would be required to:

• hoover and mop the floors
• run errands for the client such as organise groceries
• unload and load the dishwasher
• do the laundry and ironing
• weekly deep cleans of the kitchen and bathrooms
• organise daily outings for the client
• prepare meals and snacks
• help with home administration
• organising leisure activities
• helping with personal care and grooming
• assisting with bathing
• giving emotional and practical support to the elderly person
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

Our client and their family are looking to hire as soon as possible but are willing to wait for the right candidate. The candidate would have their own floor including their own spacious bedroom and bathroom.
