We have an open position for a Live In Full Time Carer role in Paddington, London to provide care and comfort for an elderly person. The family would like to hire someone who is patient and reliable, and who is passionate about working with an elderly person.

The working hours for this position would be from Monday to Saturday, full time, with flexibility.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising schedule and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client with errands such as grocery shopping
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

They are keen to hire someone who wants to be involved in all aspects of their family life, including some travel with the family during the summer. The family wants the Carer to start in early January, but they are open for an earlier start date for the right candidate.
