We are looking for a reliable, passionate and flexible Part Time Carer to provide personal care and support to an elderly person in Amersham. The hours for this position require the Part Time Carer to work from Monday to Wednesday, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.

As a Part Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is seeking for a candidate who is looking for a long term placement. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. The family wants the Carer to start as soon as possible.
