An Amersham-based client is searching for a diligent part time live out carer who can provide assistance and support in a client-centred approach.

Working hours: Saturday and Sunday - 9 AM to 3 PM

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care such as toileting
• providing companionship
• stimulating and encouraging the client
• reheating meals and preparing snacks
• medication prompting
• making sure the client's clothes are always clean
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The ideal start date for this position would be on the 20th of November.
