A senior client based in Chelsea is looking for a part time live out carer who will provide companionship and help with personal care in the future.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday ideally 4 pm to 7 pm

Duties include:

• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• accompanying her on outings
• providing companionship
• prompting medication
• running errands
• possibly personal care in future
• keeping the home tidy when necessary
• preparing meals and drinks

They are looking to hire on the 1st week of March.
