We are currently recruiting candidates for a Part Time Carer role in Elstree, Hertfordshire to help a family in taking care of their elderly loved one with day to day activities and routines. On some occasions, you will be tasked to bring the elderly to the doctor's appointment so it is ideal if you know how to drive. This position requires 3 days of work, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week.

The Carer will be in charge of

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget and pay bills
• help bring the elderly person to doctor appointments
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family is looking for a compassionate Carer who will be able start in October.
