A client based in Merton is looking for a part time live out housekeeper carer to help with some aspects of personal care and take charge of the housekeeping duties. They prefer a candidate who lives around the area and is comfortable with pets.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - typically 6 hours per day; Tuesdays and Thursdays may be a half day; Flexibility for weekend work required to swap with the weekdays; 30 hours per week

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care if needed
• administering medication
• providing companionship
• prompting and making sure the client has done what is needed on a day to day basis
• washing up
• cleaning rooms
• hoovering
• changing bed linen
• laundry and ironing
• cooking meals for the client
• feeding and taking the dog for a walk
• stimulating and encouraging the client
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The ideal applicant must be available to begin on the 13th of November. The client is looking for someone who drives as well.
