We are currently recruiting for Full Time Live In Housekeeper Carer role in Salcombe, Devon who can stay and assist an elderly person around the house as well as help maintain the property. The Housekeeper Carer will provide person-centred care and support in order for the client to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities. They are seeking a candidate who is hardworking and organised with their house tasks. This position requires a full time work from Monday to Saturday.

The Housekeeper Carer will be in charge of

• organising the laundry and ironing
• cleaning kitchen and bathrooms
• organising appointments for the elderly person
• taking the elderly person on short walks around the neighbourhood
• helping with home administration
• helping organise leisure activities
• organising daily schedule for the elderly person
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
• washing the dishes,
• grocery shopping,
• and maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family.

The Housekeeper Carer will be provided with own bedroom and bathroom, plus a shared kitchen with another housekeeping staff. The family is looking for someone who can start on August or September.
