A family in the Lyndhurst area seeks a temporary full time live in carer who can assist their elderly relative with daily routines and activities.

Working hours: 7 days a week; 10 to 12 hours per day with breaks

Duties include:

• providing companionship
• taking the client to leisure activities
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds as needed
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• preparing meals and snacks
• reporting changes in health condition to the family
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. This is for temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for 2 weeks starting on January 20 to February 2, 2025.
