A client in the West Ilsley area seeks a full time live in carer who is keen to work in a temporary position for 3 weeks. The client is still very independent and does not require specific personal care but may need assistance.

Working hours: 7 days a week; 10 hours per day with breaks

Duties include:

• providing companionship
• organising groceries for the client
• preparing/cooking meals
• organising and accompaying the client to appointments
• actively communicating with the client
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• medication prompting
• providing companionship
• stimulating and encouraging the client
• prompting medication
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. This is for temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for 3 weeks starting on November 18 to December 8, 2024.
