A lovely Beaconsfield-based client is looking for a patient and reliable temporary full-time live-out carer who can assist an elderly person around the house. They are seeking a candidate who is proficient in driving an automatic vehicle.

Working hours: 7 days per week, 7am – 11pm (with 3-4 hour break after lunch or whatever is required). It can also be split between 2 people.

Duties include:

• perform general care duties
• provide companionship to the client
• provide transportation for appointments, shopping, and social meetings
• assist in managing the client's diary and schedule
• help the client with their morning routine, getting up at 7am
• assist the client in going to bed between 10-11pm
• encourage light exercise, such as walks around the garden
• occasional help with watering plants
• maintain a tidy home environment
• perform tasks such as laundry, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and polishing silverware
• prepare meals for the client

The ideal start date for this position is July 12, 2023, with an end date set for August 9, 2023. However, there is potential for the role to become permanent. They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit.
