An elderly client based in Essex is looking to hire a full time live out carer to assist with personal care and help with their daily routines. This is a temporary role and the carer will be working for around 1 month. Someone who can drive would be a big bonus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6:45 pm

Duties include:

• supervising whilst the client is taking a shower
• helping with shaving
• assisting with getting dressed
• ironing his clothes
• preparing meals and snacks
• assisting with exercises
• keeping the home tidy
• running errands
• shopping
• providing companionship
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• accompanying on walks

The ideal start date is on the 2nd of August.
