Our elderly client in Highgate is seeking a temporary full-time live-out carer to help with mobility and provide assistance in order for the client to perform daily routines more easily. This is a temporary position, and the candidate is expected to work from December 21st to January 11th.

Working hours: 6 to 7 days a week, 8/9 am to 4:00 pm.

Duties include:

• provide nighttime assistance and attend to the client's needs
• regularly check on the client and monitor blood pressure and blood oxygen levels
• exercise patience and attentive listening, allowing the client to thoroughly explain things
• acknowledge the client's limited outings and gradually support her in increasing social activities
• offer a sympathetic ear without introducing challenges
• show genuine interest in the client's preferred topics of conversation or music
• maintain a tidy home environment
• prepare simple meals like frying an egg, crushing garlic, or making toast

They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit.
