A lovely Tenterden-based family is looking for a patient and reliable temporary full-time live-out carer who can assist an elderly person around the house. They need someone who lives in their local area. This is for a temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for around 3 months.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Duties include:

• accompanying the client to social outings and help host visitors at home
• cook meals
• washing and dressing
• report home maintenance issues
• reminders when to take medication
• assist with moving and walking
• prepare food and drink
• shopping and ordering necessary items in store or online

The family is looking for someone who can start in mid-May.
