A temporary part-time live-out post-discharge care position is required in Chiswick to support an individual with personal care, daily routines, and housekeeping duties. The ideal start date is March 20, 2024, with an end date of April 17, 2024.

Working hours: 7 days a week, 3 hours a day

Duties include:

• assist in establishing a daily schedule and routine
• provide companionship and engage in activities
• ensure the client's safety and comfort
• monitor and support with studies or other tasks
• cook meals together as needed
• encourage the client to take their dog for walks

They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit.
