We are looking for an efficient and flexible Live Out Part Time Carer to provide personal care and both practical and emotional support to a senior service user in Tower Hamlets, London. They need someone who is efficient with the tasks and can be respectful towards the senior person.

The hours for this position require the Part Time Carer to work 3 to 4 days a week, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week. The family is very flexible with the working hours.

As a Part Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is seeking for a candidate who is looking for a long-term placement. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. The family wants the Carer to start as soon as possible, but they are flexible with the start date for the right candidate.
