We have an open Carer position for a willing and skilful individual with experience in elderly care and support. We are looking for a Full Time Live-In Carer role for a family in Holloway, London. The working hours for this position would be from Monday to Friday, full time.

As a Carer, your main task is to assist the elderly person in the daily routines, accompany them to appointments and events, and make sure that they are always safe, happy, and attended.

You will be in charge of

• getting in and out of bed and assuring comfort
• accompany client to social outings and help host social gatherings in the home such as afternoon lunches with loved ones
• prepare snacks and refreshments as well as cook main meals
• water plants
• help with washing and dressing
• managing toilet needs
• make and keep notes of appointments and arrangements
• reminders when to take medication
• assist with moving and walking
• light household duties
• oral hygiene care
• shop and order necessary home supplies or personal equipment

The Carer will be provided with own bedroom and bathroom. The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible but they are willing to wait for the right candidate.
