A family based in Wembley is looking for a full time live in carer to help an elderly person move around the house as well as helping with personal care and assisting with the daily living tasks. They have a strong preference for Arabic speaking candidates and someone who can speak to a basic level is welcome to apply.

Working hours: 5 or 6 days per week, full time hours

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family would like the carer to start as soon as possible.
