A senior client based in Harrow is searching for a full time carer to assist with personal care and help with their daily tasks. They are open to live in or live out carers.

Working hours: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day with breaks. Holidays are to be discussed.

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care
• checking blood pressure and blood sugar
• assisting with applying special creams and soap substitutes
• assisting with mobility
• occasional continence help
• wheelchair help needed when out and about including lifting it in and out of the boot of the car where it is kept and folded and then pushing it wherever needed
• keeping the home tidy and maintaining cleanliness of house
• accompanying on shopping trips
• preparing meals

They need someone to start as soon as possible.
