A diligent and attentive full time carer is needed in Greenford, Middlesex to help the client move around the house, provide companionship, and perform the daily tasks more easily. They are open to live-in or live-out candidates. Ideally someone who can drive.

Working hours: 7 days a week, to be split between 2 carers.

Duties include:

• personal care, washing, bathing, dressing, changing nappies, brushing his teeth
• providing companionship and taking him out to various activities
• encouraging and stimulating the client
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times
• tidying up the space around him
• changing his bed linen, washing NG tubes
• NG tube food preparation but also encouraging the client to eat solids
• ensuring the client is hydrated at all times
