A senior client in Chelmsford is looking for a full-time live-out hardworking carer who speaks Hindi and can assist with personal care and serve as emotional and physical support. Preferred languages include English, Hindi, and Punjabi (Panjabi).

Working hours: 5 days, 4 hours a day. With breaks (Hours will go up in the future)

Duties include:

• engage the client in sensory and stimulating activities whenever possible
• conduct essential welfare checks to ensure safety and well-being
• support the client's independence while keeping a watchful eye on her
• perform light household duties and prepare light meals
• show perseverance in encouraging the client to eat and drink, using effective tactics learned from experience
• ensure hydration and calorie intake by offering meal replacement drinks and gentle persuasion
• accommodate the client's preference for biscuits while also promoting healthier options
• prepare tea and coffee as needed

They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. The client is keen to hire on the 15th of April.
