A senior client based in East Sussex is searching for a full time live in carer to provide companionship and help moving around the house. The client is hard of hearing, so clear and loud communication is essential. Someone who drives an automatic transmission car is required for this position.

Working hours: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day with breaks. 1 week on, 3 weeks off.

Duties include:

• providing companionship
• ensuring the client takes his various medication on time
• accompanying him on outings and appointments
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• keeping the home tidy
• when necessary cook regular meals 3 times a day and afternoon tea

They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. The ideal start date is on the 28th of January.
