A family based in Westminster is searching for a loving and proactive full time live in carer who will assist a care receiver with all their needs. The carer will be responsible for all of the personal care duties, provide companionship and manage the client's medications. Someone who is flexible to work at 2 different locations would be ideal.

Working hours: during term time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day; holiday time would be 12 hours per day

Duties include:

• help with all aspects of personal care
• managing and giving medications
• accompany the client to medical and therapy appointments
• prepare breakfast and lunchbox during term time
• provide companionship
• assist with night routines
• make sure that the client is safe and comfortable

The carer must be happy to start as soon as possible.
