We are looking for a caring, passionate and resourceful individual who is well motivated and keen to join a family in Harpenden, Hertfordshire as a Live In Full Time Carer. The working hours for this position would be Monday to Thursday, full time.

The family is looking for someone who can start in December but is flexible with the start date for the suitable candidate.

You will be responsible for

• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
• running errands with the client
• organising appointments for the client
• taking the client on short walks around the neighbourhood
• helping with personal grooming
• assisting with bathing
• helping with home administration
• organising a daily schedule for the client

As a Carer, you will provide care and support to the client in order for the client to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities.

Someone who knows how to drive is ideal, as the Carer will also be tasked to bring the client to appointments. Own private bedroom and bathroom will be provided for the Carer.
