We currently have an open Live In Full Time Carer position in Archway, London. The candidate will mainly deal with assisting a senior person in doing daily routines in the house. The family would like to hire someone who is patient and reliable, and who will be able to do the duties efficiently. The working hours for this position would be 5 days a week, full time.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

Someone who knows how to drive is ideal for this position, however, this is not a requirement. The family wants the Carer to start as soon as possible but they can be flexible with the start date for the right candidate.
