A family in Essex is looking for a diligent and dependable Live In Housekeeper Carer who can help them look after an elderly person as well as maintain their property. The working schedule for this position will be from Monday to Friday, full time, and half day on Saturday.

You will be in responsible in

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• organising leisure activities
• helping with personal care and grooming
• assisting with bathing
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
• helping the client manage their budget and pay bills
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs

The family needs the Housekeeper Carer to start as soon as possible. Someone who knows how to drive is also ideal, as the Housekeeper Carer would be occasionally asked to bring the elderly person to appointments and events. The family will provide for the Housekeeper Carer a spacious bedroom ensuite.
