A carer housekeeper is needed by a family in Salcombe, Devon to work in a full-time live-in position and help an elderly person do the daily routines more efficiently. The carer housekeeper will also help maintain the client's property in good condition.

Working hours: 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off

Duties include:

• Assisting with mobility
• Assisting with some aspects of personal care
• Providing companionship
• Prompting and administering medication
• Cooking - Lunch / Dinner
• Keeping the home tidy and some general housekeeping duties
• Ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• Accompanying the client to activities and days out.

Previous experience with elderly care and support would be an advantage. The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
