A client in the Bexley, Kent area seeks a live out full time carer companion who can assist them with daily routines and activities. We are ideally looking for someone who lives in a walking distance from the client's home as they want to limit the use of public transport.

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, approximately 45 hours per week

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The carer will ideally start in the first week of October.
