Salary: £11 to £13 gross per hour

A family in Arnos Grove is looking for a Full Time Live Out Carer to help them look after an elderly family member. The Carer will be required to encourage and support the senior client in doing the daily living routines. The working hours for this position is Monday to Friday, full time.

You will be in charge with

  • organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
  • organising and taking the client to appointments
  • helping with laundry and ironing
  • changing bed linen and making beds
  • assisting with bathing and personal grooming
  • helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
  • getting to know the client and their interests and needs
  • giving emotional and practical support to the client
  • food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
