A patient full time live out carer is required in Chelsea where you will be in charge of assisting an elderly client with personal care and providing companionship. They prefer a carer who lives around the area.

Working hours: 6 days a week; 6 AM to 6 PM with breaks

Duties include:

• helping with personal care where needed
• engaging the client in sensory and stimulating activities
• preparing meals
• supporting mobility
• feeding
• making sure the client is hydrated and consumes a reasonable amount of calories
• stimulating and encouraging the client
• light household duties
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone with a valid UK Residence Permit. They are looking for a carer who can start as soon as possible.
