Our client is looking for a full time live out carer in Sevenoaks to assist with all personal care and provide companionship.

Working hours: 7 days per week, rota basis, 10 to 12 hours per day with breaks

Duties include:

Providing person-centred and outcome-based care and support
Looking after the emotional, physical, cultural and social needs of the clients
Assisting clients with all their personal care needs
Assisting with medication
Assisting with mobility and using manual handling equipment safely
Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning the apartments, laundry and ironing
Preparing food and drinks for the clients
Accompanying the clients on trips in the community
Providing companionship
