A full-time live-out carer position in Southwark, London, has become available, with the candidate primarily responsible for assisting an elderly person with many aspects of their daily routine.

Working hours: Carers working on a rotational basis - 12 hours per day - 4-5 days a week 1 Day and 1 Night Carer.

Duties include:

• Day carer: assisting with personal care
• prompting medication
• providing companionship
• making sure that the client is safe and comfortable at all times
• Night Carer: assisting the client on night calls
• toileting
• providing companionship at night
• general maintenance of the client's home
• keeping the house tidy and clean
• preparing breakfast for the client and snacks
