An elderly client based in Surrey is looking for a full time live out carer to assist with personal care and provide companionship. Someone who can drive is ideal. The household is vegetarian/vegan and the successful candidate must be comfortable cooking Hindi/Punjabi food.

Working hours: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday 12 hours with a minimum of 2 hours break

Duties include:

• Assisting with personal care
• Provide companionship
• Accompany client to outings and activities
• Assisting with medication administration
• Cooking meals
• General Housekeeping duties and maintaining the home
• Ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• Helping with some PA duties such as scheduling diaries
• Help take care of the dogs such as letting them out and feeding them

They need someone who is comfortable around animals. The carer must be happy to start as soon as possible.
