We have an exciting opportunity for hardworking and patient Carers in West Ilsley. A family seeks a Full Time Live Out Carer to help an elderly person move around the house and perform daily activities more easily. Previous experience with elder care and support would be an advantage, it is also important to have the willingness and right attitude towards your work.

The Carer is required to work full time from Monday to Saturday.

Main duties:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family is looking for someone who can commit to a long-term placement. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. The family is looking for a Carer who can join their family as soon as possible.
