A fantastic opportunity has become available for you in Islington, London. A family seeks a Full Time Live Out Carer to help an elderly person with daily routines and activities. The Carer is required to work full time from Monday to Saturday.

Duties:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

Previous experience with elder care and support would be an advantage, it is also important to have the willingness and right attitude towards your work. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. It would be ideal if the candidate can start as soon as possible.
