We have an open position for a Live Out Full Time Carer role in Leatherhead, Surrey where the candidate will mainly deal with assisting a senior person in doing daily routines in the house. The working hours for this position would be 5 days a week, preferably 4 weekdays and Saturday, full time.

The family would like to hire someone who is patient and reliable, and who will be able to do the duties efficiently.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is seeking a candidate who is looking for a long-term placement. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. The family wants the Carer to start by the 2nd week of January.
