A Harpenden, Hertfordshire family seeks a Full Time Live Out Carer to help an elderly person move around the house and perform day to day activities and routines more easily. The Carer is required to work full time from Monday to Saturday.

The family needs someone passionate and efficient in providing care and support to the elderly person. They are looking for someone who is able to commit to a long-term placement and can join their family in November.

Duties will include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs
