A busy family in Uxbridge is looking for a part-time live-out care assistant to support an elderly relative with mobility around the home. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to compassionate care are essential for this role.

Working hours: 3 days a week, 8 hours per day

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The family is looking for someone who can start straight away.
