Salary: £10 to £13 gross per hour

A family in St Albans is in need of a Part Time Carer to assist an elderly client with day to day activities and offer the highest standard of personal care. This position requires 3 days of work, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.

The Part Time Carer will be responsible for

  • organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
  • organising and taking the client to appointments
  • helping with laundry and ironing
  • changing bed linen and making beds
  • assisting with bathing and personal grooming
  • helping the client manage their budget and pay bills
  • getting to know the client and their interests and needs
