An elderly couple based in Somerset is searching for a part time live out housekeeper carer cook to help with personal care, provide companionship, and keep their home tidy. Someone who drives would be a bonus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2 pm to 5 pm

Duties include:

• mobility support
• getting out and going for a walk (this is one of the most important duties at this moment)
• taking the client for a drive at least once per week
• stimulating and entertaining the client in the form of board games such as scrabble, chess, crosswords and sodoku, appointments when required
• personal care support
• cutting nails, grooming
• getting dressed
• companionship
• ensuring that the client is safe and comfortable at all times
• stimulating and motivating the client
• encouraging the client
• ensuring the client has everything he needs at all times
• cook basic snacks and beverages, such as tea
• pet care duties for their small dog

They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. The ideal start date is on the 31st of March.
