A lovely family based in Wandsworth is looking for a part time live out housekeeper carer cook to provide additional care support for their elderly relatives to ensure that they live as independently as possible. The tasks will include assisting with daily routines, keep their home tidy, prepare meals when needed. This position can also be split between 2 carers.

Working hours: 7 days a week, 4-6 hours a day split between 2 visits, 1 before/over lunch and one later in the afternoon/evening.

Duties include:

• general care
• mobility support
• companionship
• taking the clients for walks and activities
• taking the clients to and from appointments and outings
• communicating with and updating family members
• communicate with health professionals
• motive and encouraging the clients
• entertain and stimulate the clients
• ensure the clients are safe and comfortable at all times
• ensure that the clients have everything they need at all times
• general housekeeping duties such as hoovering
• laundry
• changing bedsheets and linen
• washing dishes
• ensuring the house stays tidy at all times.
• cooking meals for the couple whenever they require

They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. The ideal start is on the 27th of January.
