An elderly couple in Chigwell seeks a Tagalog speaking full time live in carer who can assist them with daily routines and activities.

Working hours: 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off; 10 to 12 hours a day with breaks

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care if needed
• taking the clients to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds as needed
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming (mostly supervising)
• managing their daily budget
• cooking Filipino dishes when requested
• supporting mobility
• getting to know the clients and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the clients
• prompting medication
• ensuring the clients are safe and comfortable

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The carer will ideally start on the 2nd week of June.
