Our lovely elderly client in Billericay is currently looking for a temporary full-time live-in carer, someone who is passionate, diligent and is able to assist the client with the daily routines and ensure that the client is always safe, happy and comfortable. This is for a temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for around 3 months.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 55 hours per week.

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

Duties include:

• hobbies and recreations such as reading, painting, knitting
• planning enjoyable outings
• shopping, cooking and serving nutritious meals and beverages
• ordering and collecting medications
• arranging activities with family and friends
• laundry
• promoting physical activity
• keeping company and discussing topics of interest
• mobility support around the home and while out

They require someone with a valid UK Residence Permit. The family is looking for someone who can start in the 2nd week of September but they can be flexible with the start date for the right candidate.
