Our wonderful client in Faringdon is in search of a full-time live-in carer — someone who is dedicated, diligent, and capable of assisting with daily routines to ensure the client's continual safety, happiness, and comfort. Being a driver would be an additional advantage. The client is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible until January 31st.

Working hours: 7 days, 12 hours with minimum of 2 hours break.

Duties include:

• check and change pads using the available hoist
• provide tea and administer medication
• accompany to the dining room for dinner; use stair-lifts if necessary
• assist with feeding, offering water, and brushing teeth after dinner
• escort to the lounge; prepare commode chair with bed pads
• clean and transition to an easy chair for lounging
• administer 10:00 pm medication; assist upstairs using stair-lifts
• handle washing up and personal care before bedtime
• change pads at 3.00 AM and 7.00 AM
• morning routine: personal care, play classical music, assist with breakfast cooked by the sister
• ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the house at all times
• perform cooking duties as required

They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit.
