Our client living in the Surrey area is keen to have a full time live in carer to help with their daily routines as well as assisting with moving and handling. Someone who can drive is essential. This is a temporary role and the carer will be working for around 2 weeks. If possible one carer to do the first booking and then a different carer to do the second.

Working hours: 12 hours a day with breaks

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care and getting dressed
• assisting with toileting
• assisting with moving and handling (getting into the bed, wheelchair, cat etc)
• accompanying to outings and appointments
• keeping the home tidy
• occasional cooking
• running errands
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• assisting with medication

The ideal start date is on the 19th of August.
