Temporary Live Out Carer in Merton

Experience: 2 years

Salary: £14 to £15 per hour

We are looking for a temporary full time live out carer in the Merton area. The carer would be living with an elderly client and would be assisting the clients with personal care and mobility. A driver would be a bonus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - (1/2 pm - 9 pm)

Duties include:

  • assisting with dressing,
  • supporting with personal care if ever needed,
  • supporting with independence,
  • ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times,
  • supporting with the morning routine,
  • provide companionship.
  • prompting medication,
  • assisting with mobility,
  • speaking with the other two carers on duty
  • providing any assistance with housekeeping needed
  • giving snacks and preparing meals
  • taking the dogs out for a walk
