A care receiver in Merton needs a part time carer to assist them for a day and provide companionship. Someone who can drive would be a bonus.

Working hours: To be confirmed but possibly from 3pm at the hospital until 8pm at home

Duties include:

ensure the client is feeling safe and comfortable
provide companionship
pick up the client from hospital
assist with hospital discharge this includes any paperwork
communicating with hospital staff such as the doctors on her behalf after the surgery and getting any prescriptions if there are any.

This role will start on the 24th of June.
