Every carer that is employed by Guardian Carers is brought into our office and has a face to face interview with one of our consultants, where they discuss at length their previous work experience and qualifications and out consultants will personally check all verbal references obtained. Over the last 14 years of providing London care services, we have perfected our comprehensive and detailed vetting procedures. All our carers are the best at what they do, they are highly trained to allow our clients to continue to live in the comfort of their own home. Our carers have a minimum of 3 years' experience, therefore they are always prepared and know what to do in an emergency situation.
